I just can't seem to get caught up

We have tried several times to work with our lender to get our late pays and behind payments schedule out but they want all or nothing I have changed job positions three times in the past year I have the ability to pay month amount i JUST CANT CATCH UP i am currently 2 months behind going the third and they wont take any payment other than a double which I cant do

hi i have a 80-20 loan and i was told by my realtor yesterday that my house is only worth 50,000 right now and i owe 135,000 on 1st and 35,000 on the second with the same mortgage company will they foreclose if i stop paying on the second
