We lost income that we use to have job hours cut back and mother died leaving us a hardship, we have been working with the mortgage company and they have been patiently waiting and was trying to find a way to save our home, however we have finally decided that we can no longer go on with it and want to sell our home. we have contacted an agent and hope to hear from them soon, but found your website also and decided to write you as well. not really sure if we could get any of our equity back or just break even, either way we need to now just save the credit and get the house sold. The house is not in the best condition, there are cosmetic repairs that need to be made and it is not suitable for showings, we are hoping to find investors who might be able to help meet our needs, any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. we are not served with foreclosure yet but we are going into 5 months behind and see no way of even paying the monthly as the rate just adjusted in December as well and went up from 1,369 to 1425.00
