Is is possible to get caught up and save a home from foreclosure?

My husband worked for his dad for 20yrs. The business went under and we almost lost everything. My husband now, has a good job for 6 months and I work PT at G.E. for almost 7 yrs. We can make regular payments, but can't get caught up on the arrearages.

I started a nonprofit organization for victims of domestic violence and incarcerated women. I refinanced my home to stay afloat during the beginning stages. Now I am still struggling to catch up with the mortgage and all the other bills. I have separated from my husband and started my quest for a new job while maintaining the organization. I have been behind sine June and the as of last week the PA Sheriff's office came to serve me with foreclosure papers. HOW DO I SAVE MY HOME?
