How long do I have to move out if my home is in foreclosure

December 17, 2007

Once a house is classified by the mortgage company as "going into foreclosure" since payments are 2-3 months behind, how long does the process take and how much time do I have to remove my personal property from the address that is going into foreclosure? Or is there any time frame that I would have (ie if the notice indicate the house will go into foreclosure on December 15, 2007 how many days after that date do I have to get my personal property/belongings off or out of the property?

My home has been forclosured but I have a buyer for the home and I have contacted litton several times with no response and would like to know how someone can purchase the home from them

they respon my mobile home almost 4 momths ago and still not move it it on my propery so what can i do i haved to look at it ever day i am starting to lose my mind i wish i could do somthing thank you if you could help me

my house was sold due to foreclosure and today is the last day on the redemption period. how much time do I have to get moved out?
