How can I get my payment out of holding account?
I switched jobs and took a cut in pay but i now have a part time job too. I thought they were taking part of my house payment out every two weeks but they weren't. I sent in a partial payment and they have it in holding they didn't apply it towards my loan. It is easier for me to pay partial amounts every 2 weeks.
