Great news... my home has already been foreclosed, what now?

December 21, 2007

My home have already been foreclosed on. I can redeem it. I have money to bring to the table. My daughter have been dealing with mental illness for over a year. She is now in a controlled home, placed by DHR. I am now able to make my payments.

How long do they give someone after they send you a 10 day vacant notice. I got the letter May 21, 2009, ten days was May 31, 2009. I am waiting to see what happens next. I have been trying to find a place to rent. We had lived here since 1987, our home was a gift from my husband's mother, that died in 2003. Today is June 11, 2009. I tried everything with Indymac Bank but just lie and tell you something different every time I call. I can check my account on line nad it stills says my Loan is active. So can please help us, we are both disable. I am sorry for everyone that is going through this. God Bless You All and good luck. I know I pray all the time.

We can help you with this situation. Our company does all kinds of creative mods. You do not have to lose your home. It is a shame what is happening to your homes and the insult to homeowners across America. Our company stops foreclosures and can get your lender to do a modification where as the lender denied the homeowner to modified with them directly. The mod can lower your rate, forgive lates and fees, reduce or completely forgive the 2nd mortgage on your home and put you in an affordable monthly payment so you do not lose your home and have to move out. for more information check out our website www.afscanhelp.com.

we lost our home to foreclosure in april and we have until october to redeem it.. we have lived in our home for 30 years and are devastated. My husband is in construcition and that is why we couldnt make our extrememly high payments because his income dropped from 25,000.00 to 50,000.00 per year. The redemption price is good but we have tax liens on our property and no one can get a free title to buy it and sell it back to us.. please is there anyone who will give a personal loan to us because we are the only ones who can redeem it for the price they are asking. we can make payments we are both working steadily...

Our home was foreclosed on a few years ago, and we have been struggling ever since.

I began working on our credit report, and too late I learned that was the worst thing I could do.

Now, three to four years after the sheriff delivered those nasty foreclosure papers to us, an unknown mortgage company has decided we owe $48,000 and isn't it nice they added this to our credit report as a way of introducing themselves.

We never received any correspondence from these people, so we're still living the nightmare.

You know what really angers me? No one informed us of there being two mortgages on our loan.
