The foreclosure stress is killing me

I have lost my voice due to stress and am just getting some of if back so I can not talk on the phone very well yet. I really need help and would like to be able to send you my information and see if you can help me. I did not know if you could contact me by email and then I fax over my information. I did not know if I needed to contact GMAC and let them know that it is ok to talk with your company about my account? I have a letter of hardship,last weeks pay stubs for my husband and my self, our income and debts for each month to show we can pay the payments. We fell behind because my husbands company was losing contractors and the boss just did not have work for the workers and keep promising more hours. So know my husband has a better job with more pay and more hours. Also our house payments went from $2300 or so to $3000 because of a rise in tax and insurance prices. We just found out last month that we had been taxed at the wrong % . We had been taxed $4800 and only needed to be paying $1200 a year and our insurance was $ 3200 a year and only needed to be $1200 a year. With all of that in mind our payments should not have been so much. The escrow was killing us and if we can ge that part right (I have copies of the right bills) our payments should have been a lot lower. So I thought maybe with that adjustment and what we have saved we could work out something to save the home.

We have been trying to reinstate our loan for the last three months. GMAC put this huge escrow on our house because for some reason the insurance department placed SIX separate policies on our house!! SIX. There customer service department kept telling it the escrow was for past and future property taxes! It wasn't until the beginning of this month that I got someone who said I had all of those policies on the house. So the insurance department removed them on the 7th of December - totaling over $16,000!! Loss mitigation and customer service sees it in "their" system, but the attorneys (the trustee's) office cannot see the information, there for I cannot get an accurate payoff amount. I spend at least three hours a day dealing with these freaking morons. Every department points fingers at the other - no one will help. The sale date on the house is the 1st of February!!! I refuse to let them take my house over their "computer" error with insurance. We have been in this house for seven years!! Refinanced last year with Greenpoint and that loan was sold within two months to GMAC. They have been hell from the get go.
