In and out of Forbearance agreements, what now
We haven\'t been in a good position in about 2 years, we\'ve been in and out of forbearance agreements that I tried to tell them I couldn't handle. I really need to refinance everything into one loan to make it possible to keep my home, or for some sort of modification to get back to even so that in 6 months or so i have the ability to refinance at more then 65%

They told me to make one large down payment and 3 $1 thousand dollar payment and the rest of the money would be paid back at the end of the loan. He explained that the whole amount woulds show, but again would be added at the end. They never took the last 1000 dollar payment and foreclosed without notification. I went to a lawyer and he said because of the last payment. I guess he believes them, can they do that?
