Make sure you file a response to the foreclosure within 30 days of being served. GO TO your foreclosure court date and fight it. Aurora Loan was NOT to encourage anyone to default or make partial payments to qualify for the HAMP. ITS NOT LEGAL. ALSO if they provide documents with missing information such as the title company, original owner of the loan, etc. THEY DONT KNOW. DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH THE INFORMATION. Sorry folks if you do not keep on them to follow the requirements of HAMP (check the us gov website) you need to call them out on it. ALS - likes to scare people into paying when what they are doing is illegal.

I have been dealing/fighting with Aurora Loan Services for 4 years. I have been through several modification trial programs, told everything was wonderful, only to have it denied at the very end due to an oversight on their part. I have taken on such a one-woman crusade, it is quite remarkable. I may not get anywhere, but I won't go down without a fight. I, too, was told that I could not file for a modification plan until I had missed a payment. Aurora has taken thousands of dollars from me while I jumped through hoops during the "trial" period, only in the end to have it taken away. This company has had thousands of complaints and someone has to take a stand. The tactics they employ are dishonest, deceitful, and border on being criminal. At this point, I was just denied the Modification Plan the very month I was told everything was in perfect shape. People scammed by the Aurora Loan Services Company must, somehow, unite and make their voices heard. I am just one person and have sent packets of information to Senators, Government Officials from my own state, as well as the states the company has its headquarters, and the White House. My only hope is that someone, somewhere will actually read this information and feel the need to help those of us without a voice in government. I hope, of course, that somehow my dozens of packets will reach one kind soul. Realistically, I do not hold out hope. Does anyone know of a lawyer who is gathering enough victims to make a law suit? These criminals must be stopped; we just need many members to make it happen. Please make your voice be heard.

i too have been working with Aurora since 2008. i am on my 4th or 5th trial period with payments increasing each period. i get denied a few days after my last trial period payment, convenient.

my current trial period is 6 months (all previous were 3). just made my 5th payment and I was told I would hear something this month (before last payment).

I show income, i show a surplus. my current trial period payment is higher than my original payment and I have been making it for for 5 months now.

dont know what will happen.

i know there is a class action lawsuit if you HAD an aurora loan and they foreclosed after trial periods for giving false hopes and taking payments yet keeping properties in foreclosure.

dont know what options there are if you are currently in payment plans although I would love to find out if there is...
