I can't get them to respnd to me

Had unexpected expenses arise. I spoke to Country wide and they said they would look into a solution and get back to me, but never did.

Our company won't respond to us they just keep telling us to wait seven to ten days and even then they don't respond all they want is all their money right now to keep our home. On top of that the home we purchased had carbon monoxide and almost killed me and my child that turn out was born as a preemie and while I was in the hospital and my organs were shutting down.the company still won't here us out all they want our money and keep beating around the bush instead of helping us So how do you fix that.
