Bad ARM loan... what can I do?

December 13, 2007

I was misinformed about the arm that I am in. I was told that the loan we not start adjusting until 3 years down the line, but it started adjusting after the first year. I am current in my mortgage, never late, never missed a payment. I still have very good credit and I am trying to keep it that way. I am in the military and may be being transferred soon. I am upside down in the house. It has been on the market since Mar 07, and I am unable to refinance.

My ARM is getting ready to adjust(in Sept). It will go up $300.00 I'm barely able to make my payment now within the 30 day period. What can i do
