I am tryinfg to rent the house to save it from foreclosure

I have made several contacts and even a rental agreement for a tenant to take over the property....no response from GMAC...I am attempting to save this property. They don't seem to be willing to work with me. I have submit all financial information as well as renter lease signed. no response. I don't want the renter to move in if we are losing the property. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Your loan docs may say you are in default if you rent the home. They could be waiting for you to rent the home and then declare you in default instead of going down the foreclosure route that would take months and months
