If I am in Foreclosure, can I still sell the house?

December 17, 2007

I am currently in my second forbearance plan. I was able to submit the amount needed at first but the last 2 mos I haven't been able to pay the full amount due. I am looking to selling my home asap but I'm afraid I will not have enough time. I received a letter from an law office advising of the debt. They are giving me 30 to respond. Please provide any type of programs that may assist me in refinancing under forbearance, selling of home or loan programs to pay off the past due amt.

We have 30 days before being foreclosed. We are 90 days past due at the bank. We have some of the money to pay but not the full amount. What should I do. We are doing everything we can to sell. Open House every weekend, listed with agent. Is there something we can do?

You need to lower the price as low as you can to get an offer on the home.
