We have a medical hardship
Kentucky foreclosure
This is an actual request from a client:
"Due to medical reasons we fell behind. It was in foreclosure in early 2006 which we borrowed money to get out of due to medical reasons again. We have a 20% loan on the house which we have not heard from since the first foreclosure in 2006 and they cannot find our information in the computer so I don't know where we stand with them. This is why we dd not try to sell the house after the first foreclosure because of the 20% loan problems."
This loan was probably sold multiple times creating chaos with the mortgage records. An exhaustive search needs to be done with the mortgage company to determine the situation of the loan and how to resolve the delinquency. Once we determine the situation the loan can easily worked out with the mortgage company and brought out of foreclosure.
Medical reasons are legitimate hardship and do not need to be overlooked. Unfortunate things happen that cause us to get behind on her finances but that does not mean that you should I get another chance.
