Crooked mortgage company
Michigan foreclosure
This is an actual request from a client:
"I was mislead by a crooked broker, who changed the loan at the last minute resulting in a much higher payment that I couldnt afford promising we could refinance in a couple of months. He then disappeard and sold our mortgage to flagstar. Im now 4 months behind and cant afford to get caught up."
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about your original mortgage. We can however, get workout approved from Flagstar if we can show you can afford the payments. We will need you to complete a hardship letter indicating why you got behind on the mortgage payment and why you can now afford the mortgage payments. The hardship you went through that caused you to get behind must be temporary and you must now be able to afford your payments.
After we get the loan caught up with Flagstar you should seek legal advice about the fraudulent loan that you're a part of. You may be able to recoup some of your losses if the court indeed finds that the loan was done in a manner that constitutes fraud. There are strict guidelines that govern mortgages unfortunately most people don't know that these are there.
Please contact us if you are in the situation and need help.
