What to do with the mobile home
Maine foreclosure
This is an actual comment from a customer:
"I am very desperate for help, I have looked for help everywhere, I have a mobile home, no-one is willing to give me the help I need. I am now able to make payments, would be able to double payments if needed. I was the only income in household for a long time, that now has changed.I am begging for another chance."
Just because you have a mobile home does not mean we can get your mortgage situation worked out for you. Some options may not be available to an owner of a whole the we still have the ability to bring your loan current. If you can indeed make double paymentsthere is virtually no mortgage company that we wouldn't be able to get a workout approved.
This does bring up an interesting point. The only way a mortgage company can foreclose is if they Mo Vaughn is tied to a piece of land. If the mortgage is not tied to a piece of land then foreclosure cannot happen. What would happen in this instance would simply be a repossession as if it were an automobile.if the mortgage is not tied to a piece of land and there's nothing we can do.
