I refinised my home in 2005 with Ameriquest---was making more money thatn my husband---when we both signed the closing papers the title company came to my house----even thought the document were wrong Ameeriquest said to go ahead and signed and that they would fix and FedEx later....That never happended. In the next few months I could not get any info on my loan because my name was omitted!! Any thing you can do?
