I can't afford the payment plan they set up for me

December 06, 2006

California foreclosure request:

This is an actual request from a client:

"My live-in fiancée has been out of work for the last 12 months, behind on bills, and mortgage is late space 90 days. Tried to put a payment plan in place with Nation Star, however, due to utility bills and auto payments, have not been able to meet the commitment. Payments to catch up were too aggressive. Had a bankruptcy discharged one year ago in August. ARM loan is going to go up $700 per month in November. Need to get out of present loan and lower mortgage payments. I have a new job with great pay just can't come up with the high mortgage payment. What can I do?"

We will prepare detailed financial portfolio to show the mortgage company what you could afford extra every month for a repayment plan. This is crucial in setting a payment plan that you can keep and afford. There is no use to get you set up on a payment plan that you only get behind on again.

How do I do it, I am so far behind and I need to save our home but know one seems to know how to help me

High interest rates, heavy taxes, cause incalculable damage to economy. Whatever rate Nation Star Mortgage borrows money, the lending rate can not be outrageously out of proportion. if such an gross asymmetry exists we are placing the individual's economy in peril which is a nano-tsunami adding up and multiplying to a peta economic tsunami. It is dangerous. Finance companies since industrial revolution have plundered generations of Americans and the windfall profit needs to be recovered for a trillion dollar nation building effort.

I recently refinanced in January of this year. My son was in need of our assistance and when we refied, we got cash out and our payments went soaring because of time issues. Since then my husbands company of 9 years has dissolved due to lack of work so he lost his job and is not having luck finding another one to fit our high mortgage. What can I do? We are not behind yet but I know next month we will be. What can I do?

WE HAVE TWO CAR PAYMENTS FOR $1,100 PER MONTH MY SON CANNOT WORK NOW AND WE ARE TRYING TO MAKE HIS PAYMENT IT IS IN OUR NAME. WE ARE BEHIND ON EVERYTHING AND WE CANNOT FIND ANYONE TO REFINANCE OUR HOUSE AT A LOWER PAYMENT OR SET TWO PAYMENTS BEHIND SO WE CAN GET CAUGHT UP WE NEED HELP BUT OUR CREDIT IS NOT GOOD IT IS VERY BAD RIGHT NOW. WE NEED HELP BUT WE CANNOT GET IT. WHAT CAN WE DO?

I feel like we're sinking with our increased mortage payment of 700.00 from first franklin mortage I struggled to make it this month and have been instructed to complete hardship letter explaining my situation. The problem is my credit card payment are now going to suffer, because I can't lose my home with 2 children and no place to go. Am at risk of ruinning my credit which is already severely damaged from being medically ill for several months ago. Any feedback is welcomed:(

We are going on our 2nd year of financing a car, and we can no better afford it now than when we purchased it almost 2 years ago. The dealership promised us this, this, and this; we signed our title over, and because our credit was not the best, it took a while to get finanacing. We told the financing director at the dealership what we could afford when he asked; but we ended up with a payment much higher than we could afford. We had No vehicle anylonger, since it left the lot immediately after signing the title over.We had to take this car. What can we do, our Payments are late all the time??? And we didn't get this, this, and this! Can you give us some advise?
