Benita Yacenda's Biography

I grew up in Mesa, Arizona. As a native of Arizona, I am familiar with all areas of the 'Valley of the Sun' . I truly enjoy serving my clients and helping them find a home and/or sell a home, whether it be their first home, second or third home, or an investment. I strive to be different than 'all the other realtors', and there are plenty! I go above and beyond for my clients, I help them move; help them pull weeds, paint and fix-up to sell; help paint, tile or install wood flooring; babysit; you name it, I do it. Whatever, it takes to get your home sold or make your new home the home you want it to be. I am not afraid to get in and get my hands dirty.

I take continuing education classes every month to keep up to date with Real Estate Laws, Financing programs and Laws, Code of Ethics, Contract law and any other subjects that will give me resources to share with you, my client.

I strive to make the process smooth and beneficial to you, my client. I will provide you with guidance as to price and value regarding your home. I work behind the scenes to make sure loan processing, title matters, home inspections, closing arrangements and all other aspects of your selling or buying process run smoothly.
