Short sales are handled quite differently than a traditional home sale, and only an experienced agent can provide up-to-date information on what it takes for the bank(s) to approve your short sale. I know what’s happening in today’s marketplace –including: the property values, recommending the correct sale price, financing programs and options, proper and complete documentation required by the bank(s), negotiating with buyers and bank, and terms of competing properties. These are key factors in the successful short sale of a client's property.

I objectively evaluate every buyer’s offer to avoid sending questionable offers to the bank(s) which will only result in rejection by the bank(s), wasted (critical) time, money and resources. I prepare and submit a complete and professional sales package for submission to the bank(s).

Remember, you only get one opportunity to make a first impression. The banks are more than just busy with short sales these days, and will not take the time to teach consumers or agents how to prepare and submit a proper sale package.

Between the initial sales agreement and settlement, many questions will arise. I am the best person to help resolve these issues and move the transaction to settlement.
